A pumpkin patch story

Joel wrote a story about a pumpkin patch as part of his October homework.  I don't remember having homework in Kindergarten, but then again, look how I turned out... Anyway, I digress.

I translated from K-spelling errors, but here's his little story pretty much word for word:

"This is about a pumpkin patch.  

Once there was a happy little town where there were lots of pumpkin patches.

One of the pumpkins snuck up on a house right behind a door and opened it when people weren't looking and suddenly the people saw them and tried to catch it but they couldn't."
